ADVOCACY DAY – Wednesday, January 17

Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy will host their annual advocacy day, Day for All People, in Richmond on January 17. This is a great opportunity to learn about justice and make a difference in our laws! Join us in Richmond to meet with legislators about paid sick days, no cost communication in prisons, increasing affordable housing, and other important issues. Day for All People will start at 8:30 a.m. and go until 3 p.m. Early bird registration (before January 1) is $30, and then the price goes up to $40. Annual RISC/Richmonders Involved in Strengthening our Communities Network Meeting, Sunday, January 21, 2024 following 10:00AM Mass in the Church. Non-Network Members are welcome. There will be updates on our current initiatives: GVI/Gun Violence Intervention and Affordable Housing/Healthy homes.

FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH

Exposition and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will take place on the first Friday of every month after the 12pm Mass.

PALM RETURN

Please return your palms from last year so they can be burned for ashes on Ash Wednesday. There will be a container for collection them in the lobby of the church for the next few weeks.
