VIRGINIA CATHOLICS FOR RACIAL JUSTICE MEETING Wednesday April 3
The meeting is on Zoom on Wed., April 3, at 7 p.m. This meeting will include guest speakers from a parish in Baltimore. They will share what they are doing to press for the canonization of the six African-Americans on the path to sainthood. EARTH DAY Sunday April 21
St. Elizabeth has formed a Creation Care Team whose mission is to educate, inform, and act on behalf of Mother Earth, the common home we all share. Our first parish-wide event will be a simple Earth Day Show and Tell following the 10 a.m. mass on Sunday, April 21st. Please bring your own reusable water bottles.
PARISH POTLUCK Sunday, April 28
We will celebrate the many different cultures and people who make up our parish. Sign up online to bring a dish that is important to your family or culture. The potluck is after 10am Mass on Sunday, April 28th.
UPDATE ON 2024 JAZZ FESTIVAL
We will return to our usual date for the Jazz Festival: Saturday, August 3rd, 2024. (There was a schedule conflict with another Richmond festival on the same day.) If you are a business or restaurant, you can sponsor or be a vendor at the all-day music festival. Contact the parish office for details.
SOCCER CLINIC
First Touch Sports will be hosting a FREE soccer clinic for kids ages 5-18 years old. Coach Daye will be in contact with you once he knows how many kids are interested and their ages. Sign up on the sheet on the kiosk at the front of the church or email the office, [email protected].
