Over the past year, we have celebrated this momentous occasion with monthly events and programs. Thank you to everyone who made our Centennial Anniversary such an amazing success!

THANKSGIVING SCHEDULE

In place of Weekday Mass, Deacon Chris will conduct Communion Services on Wed., Nov. 29 and Fri., Dec. 1, at 12 noon. There will be no weekday Mass the week of Thanksgiving.

The Parish Office will be closed Wednesday (11/22/23) – Friday (11/24/23) for Thanksgiving. The office will be open from 1pm-3pm on Tuesday (11/21/23). We will resume our usual hours on Tuesday, November 28th.

NOVEMBER BLACK CATHOLIC HISTORY MONTH

There are 6 African Americans on the road to Sainthood. These important men and women are Father Augustus Tolton, Venerable Henriette DeLille, Servant of God Julia Greeley, Servant of God Sister Thea Bowman, Venerable Pierre Toussaint, Servant of God Mother Mary Elizabeth Lange. Let us pray that their cause for canonization may be moved forward. Each weekend in November a special prayer for their cause of canonization will be shared in the bulletin.

CHRISTMAS MINISTRY

If you or anyone you know is in need of help with gifts this Christmas season, Please fill out one of the forms available at the back of the church after 10am mass today. See Joshuah, Helena or Sister Mary for further information. All requests are needed by 11/26 at the latest.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

St. Elizabeth is starting a new ministry to help with the up keep of the church building and rectory. We will help identify and fix problems with both buildings as well as perform preventative maintenance where needed. If you have experience in this area or consider yourself handy around the house, we could use your help. If you feel you can help, please contact the parish office.

ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT – First Fridays

On the first Friday of every month, starting October 6th we will have an hour of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament following Mass at noon.
